INTEL ACTUAL, LLC is a technology and construction development firm based in Southern California. After years of working in corporate environments and witnessing how often skilled, mission-driven people are undervalued or taken advantage of, founders, Anthony and Lauren Robles, made a choice: to create a new way of building technology solutions together as a community. INTEL ACTUAL was created as a space where people can grow, build, and apply their talents toward real-world solutions that strengthen the communities around them.
We build software and technology solutions that make work easier and more efficient. Our strength is working with people who aren’t technical—helping them understand what’s possible, what’s needed, and how to get there. We’ve spent years breaking down complicated tech and data problems into simple, useful solutions that real teams can use. We make things clearer, not harder. Whether it’s automating a manual process, building a custom app, or managing data, we focus on solutions that work for the people using them.
We’re especially passionate about helping small and growing businesses—across healthcare, construction, public service, non-profit, and beyond—leverage technology they can easily understand and afford. As a lean, hands-on team, we dedicate focused attention to every project.
We take the time to truly understand the problems our clients are trying to solve and keep stakeholders involved at every step. Our goal is to make good technology more accessible, more human, and more impactful for the people doing the work every day.
What is our Mission?
Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for individuals seeking entry into the technology, construction, and professional administration fields while building technology and constructing facilities that make more efficient communities.
In our experience, especially in construction, small subcontractors are often underpaid and mistreated, leading to low morale, high turnover, and unfair working conditions. This is often the result of larger contractors taking advantage of an already resource-strained process. In other sectors, technology professionals are frequently overworked and expected to put in extended hours while taking on additional responsibilities—often to compensate for shortcomings elsewhere in the organization.
INTEL ACTUAL was created to change situations like these.
We believe government-funded projects and small business development should serve the public good—not just through the final product, but through the process itself. Our mission is to fulfill these contracts while offering fair wages, training, and opportunities to hardworking subcontractors and teammates who deserve every bit of what they’ve earned.
We complete projects that directly give back to our communities and help develop stronger, more efficient neighborhoods using modern tools and innovative solutions.
